I've been working with Simon for personal training/strength training sessions and appreciate his thoughtfulness and knowledge. I had never worked out at a gym before, never lifted weights, and knew nothing about how to use the machines, but Simon made it easy for me to feel like I wasn't a total newbie. He explained things to me clearly, gave me precise feedback on the minutia of how I should be holding/positioning my body and what muscles I should be engaging, and modified exercises for me when they were too easy or hard.

Simon was my trainer while I was on a journey to get back in touch with movement in my life. I was initially interested in training as an accountability mechanism to build the habit of going to the gym, but I got so much more from working with Simon. I learned so much about correct form while lifting and about building an effective program for myself — more than I would have known from trying to learn on my own. I started training sessions with Simon immediately after, and have learned so much from him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and communicative. They have several trainers challenging your goals . One that stands out is this gentleman named Simon. He has vast knowledge on calisthenic techniques that are practical and can be used at home. This particular trainer is eager to see improvements at your pace. I have observed Simon several assisting members ranging from young beginners to seniors who simply want to stay agile and healthy. After a few months of observation and witnessing the results of members following his techniques, I finally decided to follow suit and was made aware of facts regarding pre workouts exercises and muscle recovery process that I didn't know. I can't wait to experience the same results I witnessed from various other members
